facadedGood afternoon, everyone. I haven't introduced myself, so I thought I'd take the time to do so. My name is Mami Tomoe and it's a pleasure to meet all of you. If you need any help adjusting to this place or anything at all, please let me know right away. I'd be happy to help, and in a new and unusual place, it's important that no one should feel abandoned and alone.
[ She takes a deep breath, the next part of her speech making her feel quite a bit uncomfortable and nervous. But she couldn't let Sayaka down. She promised this, and she had to do her best to make it a reality no matter how much other magical girls had let her down in the past. ]
While this would normally be kept a secret, I have decided, along with a college of mine, to reveal to everyone that I am indeed a magical girl, a puella magi as we call it. I made a wish, and in return, I was given magical powers to help protect people.
I don't particularly mind if you don't believe me, though I have been made aware that there are magical girls here from other worlds besides mine. You don't need to address me right now, though I'd like to have a party in the near future so we can introduce and meet each other. I would like for us all to work together, so if you have an interest in that, I do hope that you will attend my party. If you'd like to keep your identity a secret, we can also arrange for that as well.
