[Accidental Video]

[The video feed pops on as Adell sets his little phone down on the counter. It was in the morning, and it looked like the young demon hunter was in the kitchen of his apartment. He opened a window to let in the morning air... even if the smell of a big city was kind of unpleasant. Still, he got to work, looking like he was preparing breakfast. Pretty boring sight.

Except there's that whole event going on... and Adell lives in Crystalden. He's largely unaware of what new powers he might be wielding... but that's about to change. A piece of bread in his hand, he reached for the toaster to pull it closer... and upon contact, unknowingly transferred energy into it. A great deal of energy, given he is a very powerful demon himself.

Adell jumped back as the toaster rattled in his hands, and quickly sprang to life.]

Ahahaahahahaha! I am online! I live!! Tremble before me, organic creatures! I am... the Toaster!!

[Adell looks at the Toaster, somewhat agape.]

...How did that... what? Is this place haunted or something?

No, fool! It was by your hand I was given sentience! And it is by my coil that the world will be basked in flame!! [The toaster hops up and down excitedly, before cackling maniacally again.] And the first victim of Armageddon... will be my creator!

[The appliance lunged at Adell and latched its bread slot on the end of Adell's long tie, and it quickly turned its heating element on. Adell was startled that a toaster could take such aggressive action... and then worked to pry the offending item off his tie. It wasn't hard... but it was enough for it to singe his tie and cause it to catch fire.]

You little bastard! I oughtta pound you into next week!

I bet you wish you could, little man! But I am out! The world will soon fear the reign... of THE TOASTER! [With that, the toaster slipped from his grip and leapt for the window... jumping out of it without a moment's hesitation, cackling all the way.]

...Just when I thought this place was less cracked than Luceti...

[Feel free to react to this spectacle that just took place. Adell was never even aware his phone was on.]

[Later that day, Adell is out on the streets of Crystalden... first to get a replacement tie, which he thankfully already had a few of, but also to see if he can hunt down that damnable toaster before it causes more problems. He can be encountered almost anywhere in Crystalden.]

[ The video is turned on abruptly as Kuwabara’s hand smacked against it. He’s been trying to figure what happened to his starfish and why this high tech thing replaced it. Hell, he didn’t even know where he was. On top of that Eikichi was blocking most of the camera with her paw, while scratching it with him trying to figure out the buttons. There’s some sort of noise in the background but it was unrecognizable. Kuwbara’s voice suddenly boomed through the device. ]

Oi what’s the big idea?! Work dammit!

[Yusuke had some idea, though how accurate it was is still debatable. Puu was at least behaving. Somewhat.]
