As the camera focuses, his face hardens, his eyes glinting at whoever might be watching. His body relaxes, a pointed effort, and he grins his usual shit-eating grin, finally addressing his audience.]

Anyone have Duel Monsters cards?

[He'll be damned if he doesn't duel, even while he's stuck in this place.]

[Yuugi takes a moment to look the other over. He has a pleasant face, but there's something about him that Yuugi can't quite place, though he's not sure what it is. Really, he'd only be sure if he were to duel him.]

Heh.

[He snorts.]

Well, at least something stays the same.

[He pauses another moment and then introduces himself.]

I'm Yuugi.

V. [said with a little nod of acknowledgement.]

If you don't mind me asking, could you tell me where you're from? Even though there's a few of us who know the game, we aren't all from the same places.

[Or times. And even though that name is kind of vaguely familiar from somewhere, he's kind of doubting that it's because they're from the same place...
