[A robotic-looking woman with long, red, braided hair is on the camera. To those that know the area well, the background behind her can be recognized as an apartment with Crystalden's unique flair. The woman tilts her head briefly, then corrects her alignment and starts talking.]

Tch. I guess this thing is working. Anyway, I'm new here. Just got shoved into this Crystalden place by the King and Queen or whoever. The thing is, I really need to get home. We have alien invaders that could strike at any moment. I need to be with the other Justice Riders to help fight them. So... does anyone know anything about getting home?

[Beat.]

Seems you guys are having some troubles of your own. I guess I could help while I'm here. What's this about a new district and monsters? If you want some protection, I could come with you. I'm a combat android, you know. I was built to fight things. So if anything comes up while you're exploring, I could help you out. Just fill me in on what's going on here first, okay? Oh, and I should mention my name. MiRa, serial number 131184. Nice to meet you guys, I guess.

[With that, MiRa turns off the feed.]

Hahaha, I believe you far overestimate how the human eyes work, dear. We don't have the ability to see well in the dark, nor possess any sort of heat vision, and we cannot see far away without the use of a telescope.

[Kodachi waves her hand dismissivly.]

I'm absolutely confident that you could. Now, you said something about a pressing matter back at your home? I'm afraid it would be best to forget about that for now; I see a bright future for you as a bodyguard robot maid!

Oh, right. Those extra things. Sometimes I forget how humans work due to, you know, not really being organic.

[An expression of indignation incarnate spreads across MiRa's face. You can't say she doesn't have good facial motors.]

Excuse me?! I refuse! I am NOT a maid! I was not built to do mundane chores! I'm not going to just forget about my duties! Bodyguarding I can understand, but being a MAID? That's degrading!

[Kodachi lightly claps her hands.]

Oh, no, you misunderstand. In traditional times it is quite the honor to be proficient in both combat and homemaking! There's hardly any shame in it; and to know you're from a place where it is 'degrading'... well, no wonder the aliens are invading.

I ask you to reconsider then I shall educate you properly about traditional values. That is, once this fog scenario is cleared up; all right?

It's not like I totally forgot or anything! It's just not at the forefront of my programming all the time! Remember, I was designed as a weapon and not much else. At least I'm not like NIA, who was just activated and knows absolutely nothing about the world. If there's anyone who ever needed to be educated about homemaking, it's her.

[If she was capable of breathing, MiRa would have huffed.] Nngh... well, I don't exactly come from a traditional time. Then again, I guess since I'm living on my own now, I should at least learn how to keep the place clean... maybe. Maybe I'll take you up on your offer. But that's a big maybe.

[Kodachi nods her head as she listens to MiRa with the sweetest of smiles. However once it's all said and done, she claps her hands again- but only once this time.]

I apoligize, but I actually didn't get most of that. But, I most certainly understood the important parts and it would appear you are beginning to as well- How wonderful that we're making progress so quickly! Technology is just so fascinating isn't it?

Also I really have no choice but to allow you to think upon it, since there are slightly more pressing matters at hand, yes? But the truth is, I really haven't the slightest idea what to do or think about the fog.

I suppose it is only natural to assume that whatever is inside it is dangerous. Could you be a dear and tell me a little bit about your weapons load-out?
