Ω Cupcake the Second | Pie in the Sky

[The residents of the various districts of Mallowhallow are in for quite a sight today!

Up in the sky! It’s not a bird, nor a plane, it's Pinkie Pie!]

"Hi everypony! Are we all smiling today?"

"I'm great! Having lots of fun!"

[And there's nothing better than that.]

"I'm Pinkie Pie, what's your name?"

[ Pinkie Pie... How is he gonna call her by..? 'Pie-san' is just.. no. ] Well I guess flying with balloons are fun. [ not that he's actually done that. ]

I'm Hibiki Kuze. It's nice to meet you,.. PinkiePie-san.

[Pinkie giggles at his reply. Pinkie Pie-san! She likes it!

Somehow she manages to descend (laws of gravity? What are those?)]

"Hibiki, sounds yummy! Do you want a go?" [She points at the balloons with a hoof.]

[ At least she likes it. And he watches as the pony descends.

No idea how'd you manage to do that but.. anyway. Him on those balloons? Not sure that's a very good idea. ] Ah thanks, it looks fun but...

I don't think it'll hold. [ because you are a pony that is lighter than him. unless physics doesn't apply here then. well then. ]

"Hmmmm," [Pinkie sizes Hibiki up.] "You're probably right...shame!"

[She comes in for a landing and looks about and all the buildings and flashing lights.]

"Wow! What is this place?"

[ He laughs at Pinkie Pie's reaction. She's a cheerful one. ] It's Crystalden. You're not living here, are you? Which district are you in?

[Pinkie's the cheeriest pony you'll ever meet!

She shakes her head.]

"Nope! I live in the place with lots of pillows! It's fabulous! I think they call it Mallowhallow. It doesn't taste like marshmallows though."

[ Pillows... ]

Haha maybe you could bring me there some time and show me around! Ah if you don't mind that is.

"Sure! Just say the word! I love having friends over." [Pinkie beams at the prospect of a new friend.]

"What do you do around here for fun?" She can't quite take in all the activity!]

[ Pinkie, that smile and friendliness is contagious. ]

Ah I've not seen anything else apart from food, technology and the flashing lights so far...

[Of course! Pinkie's the Element of Laughter and there's nothing she likes more than to make others smile.]

"Oooo! Should we go exploring then? I love new places. I bet there's all sorts of fun to be had here!"

[ He smiles at the excited pony. ] Yeah, sure! [ It'll help a lot.. in many ways ]

But where should we go first?

"Hmmmm!" [Pinkie taps her bottom lip with a hoof, mulling over the question.] "Well, my friend Twilight always says the best pace to go in a new city is the library. She's supersmart about all kinds of stuff, so maybe we should start there."

[ The library. ] Ah, if it's the library, I know where it is. I'll bring you there.

Is your friend also in this place?

[Pinkie actually looks sad at his question.!]

"I don't think so...none of my friends are here, except maybe Fluttershy, she's so quiet she could herr and you'd never know it." [Pinkie perks right up again.]

"You haven’t seen a yellow pegasus with long pink hair around have you? She looooves animals."

[ Oh, Pinkie, he didn't mean to make you sad..

There are more ponies ? ] No... I've not seen her. But I'd like to meet her someday, maybe you can introduce me when you see her.

Also, I'm really sorry for asking and that your friends aren't here. [ a pause and then something to make sure that Pinkie won't be sad again ] Ah but I'm sure they will arrive here some day!

[Aww, don't worry, Pinkie always bounces back, quite literally in a lot of cases.

She beams at Hibiki.]

"That's okay, I'll make friends here too! And I bet they will, they'll come looking for me."
