[The recording shows the street and several people screaming. There is hustle and yelling before everything calmed down.

The assassin turns camera towards herself. It was obvious she's sitting on one of the rooftops. She sets the camera down and starts packing up her blades, double checking her leg pouches.]

That happens when you interfere with someone's training. It's not my fault that the idiot got in the way of my blade. [The guy is obviously stupid since he SAW her target practicing.

She takes the phone that's recording still and jumps down, picking up her hair and tying it on top of her head. She sighs tiredly.]

Does anyone knows where I can find tavern? I need a drink. [A pause.] And food.

[The tall alien boy had been distracted when suddenly everybody was panicking and running towards him, well past him really. But still, usually they were running away from him. He raises an eyebrow and calming walks forward through the escaping crowd, finding the corpse of the man.]

[He examines the body with disinterest. Death didn't faze him, and the guy died in a boring way. But he was interested in who did it. He heard Katrina drop down and looked over at her, curious. He blinks and gives her a stitched up grin as his hand gestures to the body. "Did you do this?"]

[She turns around and eyes him up and down. Trust her, she saw creepier things than you.]

Don't worry, he's not dead. Just passed out of fright.

[She picks up dagger that was nearby and cleans it, returning it to the pouch.]

I don't remember seeing you around. [She's assassin, she has pretty good memory.]

[Hm, even more interesting. His eyes lower but his smile widens into more of a smirk.]

[Kurloz frowns and looks the guy over again. Huh, oh yeah, a heart beating meant you were alive for most people. His heart still beat, and yet he was dead, so those 'obvious' signs of life where null and void now.]

[His eyes glance up at her again when he sees the glint of her blade, tilting his head at the statement. He's been living in Orlea for a few weeks now, he wouldn't say his memory was as good as an assassins but he doubted he'd forget seeing a face like that.]

[He bowed, arm coming out in a flourish. But the movement was less classy and more of a mockery to ring leaders and princes who considered that as an elegant greeting.]

[Hello, it's nice to meet you.]

[Ah the non-talking folk. She met those back at home. The Buvelle girl doesn't talks at all yet somehow everyone understand her.

Peculiar.

Katarina just nods at the bow- she doesn't think anything of the way he greeted her. Really, people would be afraid of what she met and did.]

Any way I can get your name? I'm Katarina. [She says and walks over the nearest bench to sit down. She's a bit tired from the practice.]

[The only things that could honestly frighten him come from his own mind. though he has seen his own share of strange creatures and places.]

[He watches her for a while, he didn't mind answering your question, the only problem was how to go about it. She didn't look like she knew sign language either.]

[The mime would usually use his phone, but that would involve having to mess with his sylladex.]

[He smiles, she didn't look weak of mind or body, so it shouldn't hurt to just use his chuckle voodoo's.]

[His eyes begin to glow, switching between different shades of purple.]

MY NAME IS KURLOZ MAKARA.

[He was only using Telepathy and keeping his voodoo to the lowest degree, a slight haunting shiver compared to the terror inducing ability it could be. His voice was deep and sounded far off, like the dark spirit he was.]

[Katarina had experienced telepathy before, courtesy of Sona Buvelle. The girl can't talk but links her mind with person she talks with.

Although, while connection with Sona seemed all tranquil and blissful, this connection gave her creeps. And she's assassin. Go figure.

But she shows no signs of being overly affected by it.]

Should I call you by name or surname? Last person I tried to call by their name threw tantrum and wanted me to apologize for insolence. [Touchy. As if she will apologize for something so trivial.]

[He had to admire her ability to keep her outward composure, although it didn't help against his ability to sense fear. After all, you could say that the Makara's where fear itself.]

[Huh, he never really got that. Wouldn't it be more honorable to go by your first name and credit yourself to your own accomplishments? But he supposed humans used family as credibility, similar to the way trolls used blood.]

[He found it all pretty ridiculous.]

YOU CAN CALL ME WHATEVER YOU WISH, SISTER. DOESN'T MOTHER FUCKING MATTER TO ME.

[He shrugs as he says this, shaking his head. Hell, you could even call him Stony the clown if you like.]

[The man(?) on the video eyes her warily.]

You just sent someone to Davy Jones' locker, and you're just gabbin' about it to everyone?

It's not like he's dead. [A pause.] He does have lethal wound though. [So he MIGHT be dead soon if they don't tend to the wound.]

Hate to see what you'd do if somebody really pissed you off.

You don't have to imagine. I can tell you. They would become the target for my practice.

You some kind of assassin or somethin'?

If I tell you, I'd have to kill you.

[Yeah, there's a bit of steel behind those eyes.]

[And there's a confident smirk.]

[She didn't get her title because of sticks and stones.]

[It nags at Faris to just let this go... but she's in no real shape to police this place, and not sure she'd even want to.]

Be a hell of a fight, I reckon. But not somethin' I'm looking for either.

True. I just want to rest at the moment. Handling morons like that idiot tires more than any kind of training.

And you should see the surrounding of your target, not all people can notice and dodge flying daggers.

I never miss the target so there are no stray daggers flying around. He got in between the target and my dagger.

[Not that she cares if it's her fault or no.]

That's what I meant; you wouldn't want to miss because a bird got in your way.

So you're in Highcrest? Lot's of idiots there too?

Yeah, lots of 'em, especially drunken ones.

Ahh the drunkards- people who can't handle their lives and find solution in drinks.

[Well, this excludes Graggas. THAT drunkard has ability to kill them all when drunk.]

And then they have guts to blame us later.

[Unexpectedly, Bullseye! Since he arrived, Argo has done nothing except drinking and wondering what he can do in this place. Maybe it’s time to stop the drinking and do something else.]

Yeah, you’re right. But this place doesn’t offer lots of things. So, drinking is a way to get rid of your boredom.

[Actually, this place has too many things; a district of pillows, high-tech science fiction stuffs, magical schools, and don’t forget the dream/reality thingy, too. Unfortunately for Argo, the things that he likes are airships and treasures. The former don’t exist in this place. And the latter, he just hasn’t found them yet. Fortunately, this place still has taverns and brothels. So, maybe not that boring.]

What do you do in your life? Except for drinking. Drinking doesn't sound like much of fun.

[She is having time of her life... with... moving objects in shape of people that she sometimes uses for target practice. Yes. She's not bored.]

Normally, flying, treasure hunting and plundering. Too bad this place doesn't have much to offer.

Unless, you know something.

[Or, maybe it's time to explore a new career path.]

Flying? [Last time she checked humans didn't fly. Unless he's not human even if he looks so.]

Sadly, I am not a person that knows fun things. Currently I am trying to find place to rest.

Well that's fortunate. One less idiot to worry about.

[She sighs, keeping an eye where the mob left. She wants to deal with idiots no more for today.]

[He looks steadily at her holoprojection from his phone. Kaname had a look of disgust in his eyes. Although he liked protecting humans, it's too bothersome dealing with idiots]

Unfortunately, some idiots die hard.

[She walked over to the wall where she was target practicing before, pulling out a peculiarly crafted dagger from it.]

Too hard. [She looks at the feed to see with whom she's talking. Going through names and faces in her head she can't say she knows him.] You're not from Orlea. [It was more a statement than a question.]

They should all just crawl under a rock.

[He examined her movements and her dagger well. He's never one to miss a single detail. He immediately takes note of the district which she belongs in for future reference, as well as making sure his sister never steps foot in that district. Since Yuuki can be a bit of an idiot sometimes to his disdain]

I live in a more advantageous district. Crystalden.

[They should indeed. Crawl and die under there. Then again, Demacian idiots do live in something resembling more of a rock to her than house. The only thing they need to do is die.]

Does Crystalden have morons jumping out in front of flying objects? [It was muttered more to herself than to him. She has tendency to complain like that. She chuckles slightly at the name of district.]

[Regardless, he still answers her with a bored voice]

Thankfully that's something nice about this district, the lack of idiots. Most of them are diligent individuals. Almost frightening the way they resemble droids.

[Droids? Something like a machine?... Blitz? She chased away the thoughts about that machine, focusing back to conversation.]

But isn't it boring then? Having people act predictably like that. [It must be very monotonous and excessively dull there.]

[He looked at her as if he couldn't care any less]

They have their uses. And to my disdain, not all of them could be that quiet.
