[The setting on the camera can (probably) be easily recognized as the inside of a house in Mallowhallow. At first, there's nothing unusual onscreen except for what appears to be an 8-sided die, but then... a puffball scoots into the field of view.]

Hello, everyone! My name is Fattycakes, and I just arrived here in Mallowhallow! Actually, I've been here for a while, but I wanted to get settled in first before I introduced myself.

Mallowhallow is a very nice place! Everything is soft and comfy here, just how I like it. Apparently a lot of people don't like people who live in this district, though? I don't understand. That's not very nice.

I hope I get to meet more people as I live here more. The people are the best parts of a world, I think. Oh, and wait, there's more! If you see this boy around...

[He bumps the d8-looking-thing, and suddenly there's a flash of light that lasts for a few seconds. When the light subsides, a dark-eyed young boy with fluffy blonde hair is sitting in front of the camera.]

This is me, too! A nice lady gave me a human form. But if you see me like this, please call me Billy. Calling a human Fattycakes is kinda weird.

Well, that's all I've gotta say for now. Puu buu! [He waves goodbye before turning off the camera.]

[To say that any of what he just witnessed was a surprise is an almost hilarious understatement. He's seen strange things before, but never a puffball that could speak and apparently turn human. Bizarre. Have a horribly confused angel staring into the video feed, head tilted ever so slightly to one side like that might help him sort things out.]

...I don't understand, isn't "Fattycakes" a derogatory thing to call anyone, human or not?

[He may just be speculating, though.]

Puu? Well, I like it. My friend gave it to me because I am puffy. And I like cake, too, so there's that!

[He's still a little confused, but nods slowly.]

Well, as long as you like it...I suppose that's all that matters, in that case?

I think so, too! That name is a symbol of our friendship~ As long as I have it, we'll never be apart! Even if we're in other worlds!

[Pinkie Pie has also been settling in Mallowhallow, although been separated from her friends has been difficult, but it's hard to keep the pink party pony down.

She looks up when her...communication device was it? - beeps and immediately gives a joyful 'eeeee!']

"Ohmigosh! You're soooooo cute!"

[Fattycakes touches the object again, and he transforms back into a puffball.]

Puu-uuu~ Thank you! You are cute, too!

[Pinkie giggles and waves a hoof.]

"Oh thank you! But wow, how do you change shape like that? Are you magic? Where do you come from? Are there ponies there?"

[Pinkie’s just full of questions!]

Puu, puu, slow down just a bit! I can change shape with this thingy right here, some people say I'm magical, I come from the planet Puusk, and I don't think there are ponies there. [...Never mind that he answered at roughly the same rate Pinkie asked.] Any other questions?

"Oops! Sorry, I didn't mean to go so fast! You're just sooooo cute!"

[Despite the speed at which Fattycakes answers Pinkie still manages to get it all.]

"Just one! Wanna be friends?"

Puu-uu, thank you! [He wiggles happily.] And yes, yes, I would love to be friends! I need all the friends I can get when I come into a new world. Did I get your name...?

"Oh, sorry! I must have forgot to say it," [Pinkie gives an embarrassed giggle.] "I'm Pinkie Pie!"

That's okay! Sometimes, I forget to ask people's names, too. Nice to meet you, Pinkie!
