Hmm, maybe. The lack of windows on the sides isn't a big issue, but I like my places brightly lit up. Also, a second and third floor would be nice too, one for more work and the other for living spaces.

Lamps yeah, and probably a overhead lighting source. The place looks pretty good though, and there's a lot of space. But we should look around a little more, and see what comes up.
