[Video ~ Introduction]

[It really does not take very long at all for Dr. Insano to make sense of the communication device and his screechy voice can soon be heard throughout the network, along with vision of his face. On the video feed the most prominent feature is those goggles and he both sounds and looks more than a little crazy.]

Now that I have your attention-- [He begins grandly, then mumbles.] -- I hope.

[In a louder voice, he continues on, using broad hand gestures. They never seem to be still.]

I don't know what type of inter-dimensional portal brought me here but I will find a way out, I guarantee it! Or-- OR! I could take over this little world of yours and then there will be ice cream parlors on every street corner and science will rule every mind!

Yes, you just wait, Queenie or whoever else thinks they are in charge of this place. Soon you all will be answering to I, Doctor Insano, and you will all bow down to SCIENCE!

[He launches into a maniacal laugh that would make any evil villain or mad scientist proud.]

[He tilts his head. His eyes may have shifted to the side in thought but it's impossible to see them through his swirly goggles.]

Well, except for that little thing and that other thing... but that's not important to the SCIENCE!

First I've got to have some lab space and then.... Oh, you have some spare raritanium, don't you?

Raritanium? Never heard of it.

[doctor_insano]

[He pauses, biting his lower lip slightly.]

Some sort of energy crystals - if I adjust some settings and.... hmmm... I'll have to see what I can do.

But if I figured it out before I can do so again. With science!

That's where they told me I am too! It's all flashy lights - but flashy lights do have their uses!
